Municipal Offices - Leongatha

Internal renovation of existing offices

The internal renovations of the existing office building to include new open plan office areas, meeting rooms, kitchenettes, first aid room, store rooms & amenities.

The existing Customer Service Reception located in the middle of the works area was required to remain in operation through the construction period.

The project required the safe removal of the existing asbestos floor lining. Structural rectifications & improvements to the existing structure, including the insertion of new footings & steel columns & beams inside the existing open office area to support the structure above.

Netball Changerooms - Korumburra

New Building

The construction of a new building, with two mixed-use change rooms, divided by an operable wall, two referee rooms, and accessible change areas, all equipped with epoxy flooring, new tiled showers, plasterboard linings, new partitions, vanities & toilets.

Works also included retaining walls and extensive access ramps, asphalting and accessible carparking.

AFL Changerooms - Korumburra

Renovation of Existing

The renovation of the AFL Changerooms included: extensive internal demo. Two mixed-use change rooms, two referee rooms, and accessible change areas, all equipped with showers and toilets. The creation of new painted blockwork entry, ramps & carparking.

Soccer Changerooms - Korumburra

Renovation of Existing

The renovations provided two mixed use change rooms, store room, two referee rooms and disabled change areas all with shower and toilet facilities.

The project required external demolition of redundant asbestos lined score room, the inclusion of new openings and rendering and painting of the blockwork façade. New roof to existing structure with new skylights.

Internal demolition of existing redundant facilities, and repurposing of space, new multi coat epoxy floor finish to existing concrete floors. New tiled shower bases and shower wall linings. Plasterboard linings, partitions, vanities and storage solutions.
